1. Scope of application
These general terms and conditions apply to all business relationships between the customer and the contractor, HdN, which are initiated via the online store https://shop.hausdernatur.at/.
Terms and conditions that conflict with or deviate from these terms and conditions shall only apply if they are expressly recognized in writing and confirmed by the company. Verbal collateral agreements shall not be valid. Any waiver of the written form requirement must also be made in writing. The written form requirement shall be deemed to have been met by e-mails if the other contracting party has confirmed receipt thereof.
2. Prices
For items ordered in the HdN online store, only those prices shall apply that are displayed in the shopping cart immediately before the order is sent. All prices quoted are in euros and include statutory VAT. Prices are subject to change and printing errors. The prices stated at the time of ordering apply.
A prerequisite for claiming reduced prices is the correct indication of the corresponding discount in the online form during the purchase process. In addition, the person making the purchase must be able to prove that they are entitled to the discount at the time of admission. There is no legal entitlement to receive a discount. If the discount has been used without authorization, the ticket will be invalidated without replacement.
3. Contract
You can initially place the goods you intend to purchase in the “shopping cart” and make changes to it at any time after calling it up. After accessing the “Checkout” page and entering your personal data as well as selecting the payment and shipping conditions, all order data will be displayed again on the order overview page. Before submitting the order, you have the option of checking all the details again, changing them or canceling the purchase.
After entering your personal data, you submit a binding offer to HdN by sending the order (by clicking on the “Order with obligation to pay” button). HdN will confirm receipt of your order both on the subsequent website and by e-mail. Both do not constitute acceptance of your offer, but serve to inform you that your order has been received correctly.
Your order data will be saved by HdN. If you wish to keep this data yourself, please print out the confirmation page or save it (e.g. as a PDF).
HdN is entitled to refuse your order in whole or in part due to a negative credit check. After becoming aware of such circumstances, HdN will inform you by e-mail within a reasonable period of time.
The contract between the HdN and you is concluded by the order subject to payment.
The processing of the order and transmission of all information required in connection with the conclusion of the contract is partly automated by e-mail. You must therefore ensure that the e-mail address you have provided to us is correct, that the receipt of e-mails is technically ensured and, in particular, that it is not prevented by SPAM filters.
4. Payment
You can pay as follows in the HdN online store:
Credit card (Mastercard, Visa)
If you decide to pay by credit card, our payment service provider will debit the amount due from your credit card account. Like all other personal data, your credit card details are transmitted securely (via SSL). Your credit card will be charged immediately after you place your order.
5. Validity of Admission Tickets & Annual Pass
Tickets can be booked from three months in advance. The online ticket entitles the holder to one admission on the selected day of validity. First-time entry must be via the main entrance.
The HdN is authorised, but not obliged, to additionally verify the identity and correctness of the ticket category to be redeemed (possibly by inspecting official photo documents). The person placing the order is responsible for any forwarding of the order number/online ticket number by him/herself and cannot make any claims against the HdN in this connection.
The purchase of an online annual pass authorises admission for a period of 365 days. The annual pass can be purchased three months in advance.
6. Cancellation and Withdrawal
Your order is binding and cannot be canceled once you have placed a “payable order”.
7. Warranty and Liability
The HdN reserves the right to restrict access to the exhibition rooms or individual halls, in particular in the event of conversion measures, excessive crowds, extraordinary circumstances, unforeseeable events or official orders. Information on any such access restrictions can be found on the museum's website and on site. Such restricted access to individual sections of the exhibition does not give rise to any entitlement to a refund.
The HdN is not liable for any damages incurred by the purchaser due to unauthorized duplication or misuse of online tickets by third parties.
According to the current state of technology, data communication via the Internet cannot be guaranteed to be error-free and/or available at all times. In this respect, HdN is not liable for the constant or uninterrupted availability of the website and the services offered there.
8. Data protection and security
Your personal data and all other information relating to your order is encrypted and transmitted via a secure SSL connection. HdN stores your name and address as well as order-related data. HdN assures you of the comprehensive protection of your personal data in accordance with the provisions of the Data Protection Act. See also the HdN data protection declaration. Your data will only be passed on to third parties in the context of fulfilling your order, e.g. for any necessary credit card, creditworthiness or address checks.
9. Final Provisions
Austrian law shall apply exclusively. The place of jurisdiction is the competent court in Salzburg.
10. Severability Clause
Should any provision of these GTC be invalid in whole or in part or become invalid due to statutory provisions, the remaining provisions of these GTC shall remain in full force and effect. The contracting parties undertake to replace the invalid provision with a valid provision that comes as close as possible in economic terms to the invalid provision.
