Naturally, we strive to constantly improve the range and service of the HdN online store for you. 2. Online Shop
We would like to point out that for the purpose of simplifying the shopping process and for subsequent contract processing, the onlineshop operator stores cookies of the connection owner, as well as the name, address and other voluntarily provided data of the buyer.
In addition, the following data is stored by us for the purpose of processing the contract: Name, billing address, delivery address, order, receipt of payment mandatory as well as other voluntarily provided data. The mandatory data provided by you is required to fulfill the contract or to carry out pre-contractual measures. We cannot conclude the contract with you without this data. The data will only be passed on to third parties if this is necessary to fulfill the contract. This includes in any case the transport / shipping company commissioned by us, the credit institution commissioned with the payment processing and, if necessary, our tax consultancy within the framework of the fulfillment of our tax obligations. The details of your payment data, namely your name and credit card number depending on the payment method, are processed by the payment service provider, Unzer GmbH, Schöneberger Str. 21 a, 10963 Berlin, and transmitted to the relevant payment institution for the purpose of debiting the purchase price. This data is not known to us and is not processed by us.
After canceling the purchase process, the data stored by us will be deleted immediately. If a contract is concluded, the above-mentioned data from the contractual relationship will be stored until the contract is fulfilled and beyond that until the statutory retention period expires. Processing takes place on the basis of contract fulfillment and compliance with legal provisions.
3. Annual Pass
The annual pass can currently be purchased directly at the ticket offices (Museumsplatz 5) during regular opening hours or in the online shop. To do this, the application form must be handed in at the ticket offices in the HdN. The data you provide on the application form (first name and surname, street, no., postcode, town/city, date of birth and e-mail address) will only be used for issuing the annual pass and all associated benefits and discounts.
4. Encrypted Payment Transactions in the HdN Online Shop
We accept credit cards (Mastercard, Visa) as payment options. If you are obliged to provide us with your payment details (e.g. credit card details) after concluding a chargeable contract, this data is required for payment processing and is processed securely. We do not store any credit card information and do not have access to your credit card data.
Payment transactions via the usual means of payment (Mastercard, Visa) are made exclusively via an encrypted SSL or TLS connection.
5. Final Provisions
Austrian law shall apply exclusively. The place of jurisdiction is the competent court in Salzburg.
